Esta posición será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales mediante una gestión efectiva de cuentas clave, priorizando mensajes de valor, identificando oportunidades y desarrollando relaciones sólidas con los diferentes stakeholders del territorio asignado.
El rol exige una visión integral del negocio, colocando siempre al paciente en el centro de la estrategia y garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas, así como de las leyes y regulaciones vigentes.
Responsabilidades principales
- Cumplir los objetivos de venta definidos para las cuentas asignadas.
- Garantizar la cobertura efectiva del panel médico y stakeholders, cumpliendo la frecuencia establecida por la compañía.
- Identificar, analizar y capitalizar oportunidades de mercado para maximizar el potencial de cada cuenta.
- Gestionar estrategias de acceso en cuentas clave.
- Aplicar conocimientos farmacoeconómicos para construir argumentos de valor frente a competidores.
- Interpretar literatura clínica y estudios científicos para fortalecer el posicionamiento de marca.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente del sistema de salud.
- Utilizar eficazmente herramientas digitales y plataformas de gestión comercial.
- Gestionar proyectos a nivel intermedio dentro de su territorio.
Qualifications
- Experiencia como representante de ventas (Preferiblemente experiencia en Oftalmología).
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en visita institucional y gestión de acceso.
- Conocimiento sólido del sistema de salud del país.
- Capacidad de movilidad y disponibilidad para viaje. (correría)
