The Account Management team, part of the Small & Medium Business Group, is dedicated to aiding the growth of small and medium-sized businesses by optimizing their advertising strategies across Meta's suite of apps and services. Account Managers play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting clients to achieve business outcomes on Meta through expert consultation, relationship management, and product knowledge. Ideal candidates are expected to forge connections with clients and maintain effective internal relationships with cross-functional teams. They should be adept at driving marketing strategies and hands-on with executing tactics. This role demands a deep working knowledge of the Performance Marketing and Ecommerce industry, aiming to boost revenue and foster customized learning and long-term partnerships. Success in this role hinges on demonstrated experience in consultative sales, coaching, and client service, coupled with a readiness to innovate. Candidates should have experience working effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment, possess demonstrated analytical skills, and be proficient in navigating complex challenges, offering solutions, and using data to challenge conventional approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management to advertisers
• Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals
• Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectives
• Become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet broad advertiser requirements
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with operational rigor
• Oversee account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
• Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
• Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
• Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
• Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce industry, digital/performance marketing, sales, or consulting
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Experience in cultivating sales skills and client relationships
• Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and concisely
• Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to confidently deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing cross-functional teams
• Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced environment
• B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field, or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience in the Southeast Asian market
• Proficiency in business case modeling and assessing market/opportunity size
• Experience across Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions
• Understanding of fundamental business accounting, finance, and statistics
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
