Job Overview
TThe Bid & Proposal Pricing Analyst sits at the center of competitive proposals, helping shape how pricing is understood, approved, positioned, and presented to business and government customers. This role turns complex pricing details into clear, credible, and compelling customer-centric narratives that strengthen our proposals, support our strategy, and help customers understand the business impact behind our offer.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing moving pieces, working across teams, and making complex information easier to understand. In this role, you will own the pricing workstream for assigned bids, guide collaborative teams toward resolution, manage deadlines, and create accurate, visually aligned, value-driven pricing content. You will balance strategy, accuracy, approvals, and presentation quality to ensure pricing is complete, compliant, and positioned to help the proposal stand out. You will be part of a team that loves to win and understands that strong pricing strategy can be the difference between simply responding and truly competing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the pricing workstream for assigned business and government bids, from RFx review through final delivery, ensuring pricing is accurate, approved, delivered on deadline, and aligned to overall proposal strategy.
- Build and manage the pricing timeline, guiding collaborative teams toward resolution by coordinating inputs, clarifying dependencies, tracking decisions, and escalating risks.
- Create clear, customer-centric pricing narratives that explain pricing structure, value drivers, assumptions, total cost of ownership, return on investment, and business impact.
- Partner with Sales, Special Pricing, Solutions, Bid Management, and other stakeholders to ensure pricing is approved, accurate, complete, and aligned to the overall proposal strategy.
- Develop pricing content across customer-provided workbooks and proposal documents with strong attention to formatting, clarity, accuracy, and visual alignment.
- Build financial and quantitative models, including TCO and ROI analyses, to support compelling price/value positioning.
- Conduct or support peer quality reviews to confirm pricing accuracy, workbook completion, pricing notes, assumptions, expiration dates, and approval alignment.
- Maintain required project data, including pricing support fields, hours, key dates, comments, follow-up work, pricing updates, and BAFO activity.
- Continue learning tools, technologies, proposal practices, and process improvements that strengthen pricing quality, speed, and customer impact.
Who You Are:
- Strategic and Customer-Centric: You understand that pricing is more than numbers. You can connect pricing strategy to customer needs, value, and business outcomes.
- An Owner: You take responsibility for the pricing workstream, manage deadlines, drive follow-through, and keep work moving even when inputs are unclear or delayed.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: You are comfortable working with data, pricing structures, financial models, workbooks, and proposal requirements while maintaining accuracy.
- Clear Communicator: You can turn complex information into simple, polished, customer-facing content across Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and proposal documents.
- Collaborative: You work well across teams, build trust with stakeholders, and know how to guide groups toward decisions without losing momentum.
- Competitive: You love being part of a team that wants to win and you understand how strong pricing strategy can help a proposal stand out.
- Curious and Adaptable: You are eager to learn new tools, industries, customers, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced proposal environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age and Authorization: At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze pricing requirements, organize data, identify key variables, and translate findings into clear recommendations or customer-facing content.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for internal teams and customer audiences.
- Project Coordination: Ability to manage deadlines, track dependencies, coordinate inputs, and follow through in a deadline-driven environment.
- Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience is equally valuable.
- Relevant Background: Experience in pricing, proposals, finance, sales operations, procurement, business analysis, project coordination, customer support, or a related field is preferred.

We couldn't confidently match this employer to a verified U.S. filing entity, so reliable H-1B and PERM history isn't available yet.
Filing history reflects past employer behavior; it isn't a promise for this opening.
All open roles at T-MobileHow Openbound evaluates sponsorship
Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.
An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence.
What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
