In this role, you will report to the Restaurant General Manager, oversee a team of ~20 hourly team members and manage the day to day of Four Marlins Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of F&B supervisory-level experience.  This position will be mainly on the floor, interacting/engaging with guests, and creating memorable moments with our clientele.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support seamless operations: Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting
• Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
• Deliver consistent quality: Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value
• Support team performance and development: Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
