You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as an AI Video Creator & Presentation Designer, you will help us produce high-quality video, visual, and presentation assets for marketing, sales, executive communications, and internal enablement. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual storytelling with hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools to make content creation faster, sharper, and more engaging.

The ideal candidate is comfortable editing and creating videos, designing compelling graphics, and improving PowerPoint presentations so they look polished, modern, brand-aligned, and visually clear. They should be able to turn rough ideas, scripts, recordings, or slide drafts into professional creative assets that are ready for business audiences.

Candidates should submit a portfolio or work samples that demonstrate video editing and creation, AI-assisted creative work, graphic design, and before-and-after examples of PowerPoint slide design or presentation improvement.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Create and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, social media, customer stories, executive communications, product explainers, events, and internal updates.

Use AI-powered video, audio, and design tools to accelerate content creation, including tools for video generation, editing assistance, captions, background removal, voice enhancement, image generation, and creative concepting.

Edit raw footage, screen recordings, interviews, webinars, and event content into clear, engaging videos with strong pacing, transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects, and visual polish.

Create simple motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, callouts, intros, outros, and other visual elements that improve storytelling and comprehension.

Design and refine PowerPoint presentations, making slides more visually appealing, easier to understand, and aligned with brand standards.

Transform dense or text-heavy slides into cleaner layouts using strong hierarchy, spacing, typography, icons, imagery, charts, and visual storytelling techniques.

Create supporting graphic assets such as social media graphics, thumbnails, banners, event visuals, one-pagers, simple infographics, and campaign visuals.

Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, and executive stakeholders to understand creative needs and deliver assets on deadline.

Maintain consistency across all creative assets by following brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and messaging direction.

Stay current on emerging AI creative tools, video trends, presentation design best practices, and digital content formats.

Flexibility to work from 12 pm IST to 8 pm IST to effectively support global stakeholders and business-critical operations.

THE SKILL SET

Candidates should submit a portfolio or work samples that demonstrate video editing and creation, AI-assisted creative work, graphic design, and before-and-after examples of PowerPoint slide design or presentation improvement.

2–4 years of experience in video editing, video production, presentation design, graphic design, or a related creative role.

Strong hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Descript, or similar platforms.

Experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, DALL-E, Synthesia, HeyGen, Descript, OpusClip, or similar tools.

Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to redesign slides, improve layout and flow, create branded templates, and make executive-ready presentations visually stronger.

Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms.

Good understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.

Ability to take rough creative direction and turn it into polished, professional visual assets.

Strong attention to detail, especially around formatting, alignment, readability, and visual quality.

Ability to manage multiple creative requests at once and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback quickly and professionally.

Experience supporting B2B marketing, SaaS, technology, professional services, or corporate communications teams.

Experience creating video and presentation assets for business audiences, including executives, sales teams, customers, partners, or employees.

Basic understanding of marketing campaign needs, social media formats, and platform-specific video requirements.

Ability to create storyboards, shot lists, or visual concepts from scripts, briefs, or messaging outlines.

Comfort working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders across time zones.

A portfolio that includes examples of video editing, AI-assisted creative work, graphic design, and PowerPoint slide design.
