[Role Overview]

We are seeking passionate and high-performing Sales Representatives to join our Endoscopy team. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, identifying new opportunities to increase sales, and providing valuable clinical insights on products, procedures, and protocols.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Actively promote key products through strong sales skills and by delivering comprehensive clinical solutions

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of core products in both existing and potential accounts

• Proactively cultivate customer relationships and pursue leads for BSC products and services to drive sales revenue and achieve territory goals

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with distributors to maximize alignment with business objectives

• Respond to customer needs regarding BSC products and services by providing innovative and practical solutions

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

• Manage distributor performance and alignment by setting and monitoring strategic goals and KPIs

• Strengthen distributor sales capabilities through sales coaching, product training, and field support

[Required Qualifications]

• From new to 5 years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company

• Endoscopy business experience is preferred

• Passion for learning and dedication to improving patients' lives with a strong sense of ownership

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative team-player mindset
