Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver educational materials, training programs, best-practice guides, and operational playbooks for sellers, creators, agencies, and internal teams.
• Support sellers and creators in improving key areas of livestream execution, including content planning, product selection, streaming frequency and duration, audience engagement, conversion, and overall stream quality.
• Plan and execute live-commerce initiatives, growth programs, campaigns, and ecosystem projects designed to increase seller and creator participation, engagement, and GMV.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Campaign, Affiliate, Product, Algorithm, Governance, Marketing, and other stakeholders, to align priorities, share market insights, and maximize the impact of live-commerce strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key livestream performance metrics, including active streamers, streaming hours, viewership, engagement, conversion, and GMV, to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Identify, manage, and develop high-potential sellers and creators in the Japanese market, providing hands-on operational support to help them grow through live commerce.
• Build strong relationships with sellers and creators, understand their business needs and operational challenges, and develop practical action plans to improve livestream performance.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and building a healthy, scalable, and sustainable live-commerce ecosystem in Japan.
