• Operate and monitor jumbo slitting equipment safely and efficiently to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and changeovers as required.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of jumbo roll and slit roll consumption.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when defects or process deviations are identified.
• Follow all BPS, 5S, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate production issues, material shortages, quality concerns, and equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
• Support team objectives while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge / Skill / Experience
