The preferred candidate applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Drive solutions, ensuring that capabilities meet the business requirements. You will be key in implementing the overall 1LMX vision for Finance & Business Operations, capitalizing on best practices and guiding activities through your expertise.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Driving Functional Specifications to finalization
• Testing (Functional Unit Test, String Test, Integration Test, test script writing, organization/coordination, status tracking and defect resolution)
• Defining Business Process and Business Roles
• Defining and creating End User Training
• Executing 1LMX Planning and Status Tasks

Basic Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience working in SAP in a team environment
• Experience with FICO transaction analysis/processing
• At least 1 SAP Project launch/Implementation

Desired Skills

• Business process documentation
• Experience providing and creating training
• System change testing experience
• Experience in Government Contracting and Accounting environment
• Strong familiarity with SAP background tables
• Alteryx, Tableau and/or other digital analytic tools
• SQL
• LSMW
• Familiar with S4/HANA

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00 
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $145100.00 - $269500.00 
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $129000.00 - $239600.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $116100.00 - $215700.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
