What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)

• Private duty = one client for the whole shift

• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes

• Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Sptinal Muscle Atrophy, Epilepsy

*RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

Qualifications for A Private Duty

RN Clinical Designee:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma 

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Previous PDN experience with pediatrics
• G-tube/Trach/Vent experience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift times
