As a Solutions Analyst III, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Job responsibilities
- Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines
- Formal training or certification on business analytics concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency and analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, interpretation, and generating insights from large, diverse data sets to support strategic decision-making
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting using approved tools
