Project Management Specialist

In this position, you will provide program management support directly to an Assistant Program. You will engage with multiple stakeholders across sustainment, installations, finance, contracts, and logistics functions, develop comprehensive briefings, and communicate program status to Navy and Marine Corps leadership. You’ll track critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics, analyze requirements, budgets, and schedules for management and business case analyses, and collect, organize, and interpret data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences.

You Have:

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

• Ability to manage projects from initiation through execution, devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion

• Ability to assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders

• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for external stakeholder engagement

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 1+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoW clients

• 1+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoW Program Management Offices

• Experience supporting project schedules, task tracking, and action item management for government clients

• Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition framework or DoD Instruction DoD 5000.02

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills

• PMI PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
