A Day in the Life

Medtronic Summer Internship Program offers technical internships to top undergraduate students. Students will get a taste of our innovative, mission-driven culture, while gaining meaningful work experiences and improving lives. In addition to a challenging 12 weeks internship assignment, they will have opportunities to support our Mission through activities, training and experience our dynamic culture through a variety of networking, leadership, and community events.

Job Description

Availability required: May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• This is a temporary position.

• Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, or product group and/ or project group.

• Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of technical projects as assigned.

• Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.

• Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Requires no or little job knowledge of systems and procedures.
0 years of experience required.

Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Working towards a bachelors or master’s  degree

• Have completed at least 4 years of studies (or the equivalents in credits) in the bachelor degree that is pursuing. 

• Relevant academic projects and/or internship experience is helpful

• Comply with the requirements established by college or university for student practice

• Be available for the 12 weeks internship period

• Committed to participate in all activities related to the program

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
