With your passion for coffee and expertise in crafting beverages, you create exceptional moments for our guests. As a Barista, you’re not just preparing and serving drinks – you’re elevating the guest experience and spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, making every stay truly memorable.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Prepare and serve coffee and a variety of beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and engagement
• Manage inventory of coffee beans and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Support new menu ideas and promotional activities
• Work collaboratively with team members

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Previous barista experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
• Passion for coffee and basic product knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• English proficiency is a plus
