As a Sales Coordinator, you’re not just supporting sales operations and lead generation to help drive new business – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Primarily Focused on supporting Director of Business Transient, but also an extension of Group Sales – this role is to support Group Sales as the Primary, and Business Transient ( in an ideal world, 50/50 split)
  • Group Sales by managing our lead volume as the primary focus. They will not be working on contracts, proposals or RFP responses until they grow to the next role and we do not want to think the involvement in the Group process is larger than it is.
• Conduct discovery calls for unmanaged accounts, and deliver tailored solutions – this is ok to have as long as they understand that will be a responsibility they will grow into, and not right out of the gate.
• Build collaborative relationships: Partner with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, customers, and hotel partners to identify and qualify new opportunities, conduct discovery calls for unmanaged accounts, and deliver tailored solutions
• Assist with special projects and events: Support departmental initiatives, customer engagement activities, and participation in meetings and conferences as needed
