Job description
The Client Partner will build integrated business partnerships with some of our top-tier advertisers across verticals, including but not limited to Travel and Finance. With a proven understanding of performance media, combined with a detailed understanding of your client's business, you will execute plans to fuel both short- and long-term growth. Success in this position requires sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, empowering both internal and external stakeholders to embrace the AI era, and the experience to thrive in a team-focused environment, delivering against defined timelines by prioritizing work based on impact and stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- C Level Relationships: Strengthen relationships with a focus on driving revenue and advertiser satisfaction
- Set the strategy, accurately forecast and deliver impact across your portfolio of mobile Apps and gaming market leaders
- Scope, develop, and implement strategies and plans that increase impact in managing your book of business
- Communication: communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including synthesizing feedback and adjusting plans accordingly. Activate cross-functional teams internally to meet your clients' business objectives
- Growth Accelerator: Cultivates and nurtures a wide range of businesses, from Fortune 500 to direct-to-consumer (DTC) startups
- Travel is required
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working in sales, digital media and/or marketing enterprise sales
- Proven experience in communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and maintaining significant and complex relationships (familiarity with advertising terms & conditions preferable)
- Experience adapting sales strategies and client plans in response to evolving market conditions and business priorities
- Professional working proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are required as this role will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders whose usual business language is Cantonese, English, and/or Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of performance marketing and user acquisition
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience in Media
- Experience in the travel and/or banking industry
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
