We will work with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales , Marketing, Trust & Safety, Global Marketing & manage an annual calendar for SEA Team to activate several touch points to communicate our core value proposition of a trusted entertainment platform that drives impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead B2B acquisition marketing strategies to identify, engage, and convert new clients through media and creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
• Manage end-to-end CRM, database and lead operations, including MQL tracking, lead qualification, data governance, vendor coordination, and performance reporting to drive efficient customer acquisition and conversion outcomes.
• Independently lead high-impact, cross-functional projects in collaboration with sales, product, finance, operations, and regional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Manage reporting processes, including OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, and performance tracking of key initiatives.
• Analyze marketing channel performance, particularly events and field marketing initiatives, to derive actionable insights, optimize effectiveness, and scale best practices.
• Oversee marketing budget management, including resource allocation, governance, utilization tracking, and reporting to support business growth objectives
• Partner closely with regional and market teams to strengthen alignment, drive operational synergy, and elevate business performance across APAC.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.
- Good understanding and appreciation of the business landscape and culture across APAC markets.
