About OpenLoop
OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. We empower brands and organizations to launch compliant virtual care in weeks, not months.
As an Account Executive, Enterprise Health Partnerships, you’ll own the sales cycle across a defined portfolio of prospective customers, from outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
You’ll work with healthcare and digital health organizations to understand their business and operational needs, position OpenLoop’s platform and services against those needs, and coordinate the right internal resources to move opportunities forward.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven seller who enjoys building pipeline, developing customer relationships, learning a complex product, and owning their number. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your enterprise selling skills while working alongside experienced leaders and cross-functional partners on larger and more complex opportunities.
This is intentionally a more execution-focused version of the L8 role, which is expected to independently build pipeline strategy, navigate sophisticated procurement, sell technical platform capabilities, and help shape the GTM motion.
What You’ll Do
Build Pipeline: Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within OpenLoop’s target market through thoughtful outbound prospecting and account research.
Own Your Sales Cycle: Manage opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Run Strong Discovery: Understand a prospect’s business model, pain points, current workflows, buying process, and goals before recommending a solution.
Position OpenLoop’s Solutions: Develop enough fluency across OpenLoop’s platform, services, APIs, and integrations to clearly communicate how our capabilities solve customer problems.
Multi-Thread Opportunities: Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders and understand who influences, evaluates, and ultimately approves a purchase.
Drive Deals Forward: Maintain clear next steps, identify blockers early, and bring in Legal, Product, Solutions, leadership, or other internal partners when needed.
Negotiate Thoughtfully: Participate in commercial negotiations while maintaining a focus on customer value and OpenLoop’s business objectives.
Maintain Pipeline Discipline: Keep CRM data, next steps, opportunity stages, and forecasts accurate and current.
Collaborate to Win: Work effectively with internal partners and share relevant prospect and market feedback with the broader organization.
Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
You have 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally including experience owning a quota and closing new business.
You have experience managing a sales process from prospecting through close.
You are comfortable proactively generating your own pipeline rather than relying entirely on inbound opportunities.
You are curious and can learn a complex product well enough to communicate its value credibly.
You ask strong discovery questions and connect customer needs to business outcomes rather than relying on a feature pitch.
You are comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders within an account.
You know when you can answer a customer question yourself and when you need to bring in an internal expert.
You are organized and disciplined about CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and follow-up.
You respond well to coaching and actively apply feedback.
You thrive in a fast-moving environment where processes continue to evolve.
Our Company
We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen. This fits in well with our core values of Autonomy, Competence and Belonging, as we want everyone to feel empowered and supported to do their best work.
Sound like a good fit? We’d love to meet you.

All open roles at OpenLoop HealthHow Openbound evaluates sponsorship
Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.
An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 1 filing titles were examined for this employer.
What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
