  • Inventory Accuracy: Scan the lot and use electronic devices to record the movement of vehicles on the property.
  • Vehicle Readiness: Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles and adding fluids (gas, water, etc), adding air to tires, and verifying vehicle status while maintaining accurate lot organization.
  • Property Management: Handle the removal of personal property from vehicles.
  • Operational Flow: Communicate with shop and operations teams to ensure an efficient flow of inventory from vehicle check-in to the auction sale line.
  • Customer & Admin Support: Provide customer service support and coordinate with administrative teams to ensure efficient execution of sale day activities.
  • Vehicle Identification: Confirm vehicle mileage, make year, and VIN to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and report any incidents or hazards to the designated manager.
  • General Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.

Skills and Attributes

  • Teamwork: A team player who can collaborate well with multiple departments, customers, and vendors.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Efficiency: Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle outside conditions.
  • Communication: Effective interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements
  • Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes, including tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck
  • Automotive or auction experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems and applications
  • Obtain and maintain forklift certification

  • Don’t Be a Richard: A simple guiding principle to act appropriately and professionally.

How Openbound evaluates sponsorship

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.

An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 58 filing titles were examined for this employer.

What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
