Overview

As Sales Leader, Manufacturing, you will lead Microsoft's Manufacturing business in the Netherlands, partnering with some of the country's largest and most innovative manufacturing organizations. You will help customers accelerate their AI and digital transformation journeys while driving business growth, building trusted executive relationships, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.

This role combines strategic customer leadership, industry expertise, and exceptional people management to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes across the Dutch Manufacturing market.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft's Manufacturing strategy and business growth across the Netherlands.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives at leading manufacturing customers and position Microsoft as a strategic partner for transformation and innovation.
• Drive AI, cloud, security, and digital transformation outcomes that create measurable customer value
• Identify and capture new growth opportunities through industry insight, market trends, and strategic account engagement.
• Deliver strong business performance across revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and execution.Leverage Microsoft's partner ecosystem to accelerate customer success and expand market impact.
• Build, coach, and inspire a diverse, high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.
• Orchestrate teams across Microsoft to deliver integrated solutions and customer outcomes.
• Champion responsible AI adoption, security, governance, and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success leading high-performing enterprise sales teams and delivering sustained business growth.
• Exceptional people leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring, coaching, and developing top sales talent.
• Experience building trusted executive relationships and leading complex business, AI, cloud, or digital transformation engagements.
• Strong manufacturing industry acumen, combined with excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 141,200.00 - € 240,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
