Senior Specialist - Fund & Investor Solutions – Fund Accounting (NAV Validation and Oversight)

We are seeking a high-calibre professional for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Fund & Investor Solutions – Fund Accounting (NAV Validation and Oversight) team based in Singapore.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculations and Fund Administration services within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Maintain strong collaboration with key internal stakeholders to ensure the integrity and timely receipt of NAV-critical inputs, in accordance with established service level agreements.

• Perform detailed analysis of fund movements and provide guidance on escalations arising within the NAV production process.

• Serve in a client-facing capacity, engaging with clients professionally and addressing queries promptly and effectively.

• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and procedures, upholding a robust control environment and governance standards.

• Manage audit processes for assigned funds, including timely response to requests, active participation in audit discussions, and resolution of audit findings within agreed timelines.

• Contribute to both client-driven and internal strategic projects by participating in discussions, providing subject matter input, and supporting testing activities.

• Drive and support team initiatives aligned with organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and strategic objectives.

• Champion the adoption of AI and digital solutions to enhance automation, efficiency, and risk mitigation within the function.

• Communicate key updates, risks, and issues to senior management in a clear and timely manner.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Proven experience in Fund Accounting and Administration, which is essential for this role.

• Confidence in direct communication with clients, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively on day-to-day matters.

• Exposure to, or experience in, AI-driven initiatives or digital transformation projects is advantageous.
