What You Will Be Doing

As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the directors’ schedules run smoothly, coordinating travel, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and optimize calendars for multiple directors.
• Arrange travel, meetings, and off‑site events.
• Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications.
• Coordinate with staff assistants and external partners to ensure timely information flow.
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and support a high‑performing work environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams and working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, etc. with key insights to all IT-related needs
• Ability to handle confidential, sensitive and classified information with discretion.
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Effective organizational and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written and a demonstrated ability to deal with executive level contacts both within and outside of the company

Desired Skills

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with particular focus on Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word
• Demonstrated flexibility and proficiency in handling competing priorities and/or requests
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures and prior experience with other office applications such as Concur or SAP
• Experience coordinating large meetings, leadership reviews, offsite events, and customer engagements involving multiple stakeholders.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
