Basic Qualifications
- Experience with RF engineering development
- Formal or informal lead or leadership experience
- Experience in RF hardware requirements generation, design, integration, test, and/or troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
- This position requires the selected employee be a U.S. Citizen with an ability to attain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills
- RF hardware development experience applicable to Reentry Vehicle, Missile, and/or Spacecraft RF subsystem design, testing, integration, and operations.
- Experienced in change proposal and proposal basis of estimates cost generation, documentation, and planning.
- Experience in the Strategic Missile Design industry
- Experience with Contract Management and procurement processes.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project management tools and techniques
- Familiarity with product life cycles, including formal design reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings with internal/external customers
- Experienced in Cost Account Management (CAM) and scheduling management.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering results on time, and within budget.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
- An active Secret Security Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00
