Role Purpose

Drive the growth of the Microsoft Surface business with unmetered intelligence and edge/hybrid AI through Windows and modern devices.  And  then lead strategic account engagements in the Japanese market. Enable customers' digital transformation, AI adoption, and modern workplace initiatives while accelerating revenue growth through Microsoft Surface and related solutions.

Your role is to drive the growth of the Microsoft Surface (Copilot + PC) business and  lead strategic account engagements in the Japanese market.

Responsibilities

• Driving unmetered intelligence and edge/hybrid AI through Windows and modern devices.
• Develop and execute Surface business growth strategies for Enterprise and Public Sector customers.
• Drive pipeline generation in collaboration with Account Teams, Customer Success Units (CSU), Partners, and Marketing.
• Lead customer engagements leveraging Surface, Copilot+ PCs, and the broader Windows ecosystem.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Develop deal strategies and support the closure of large and complex opportunities.
• Manage business performance through accurate forecasting and business planning.
• Drive scale motions through partner-led sales models and ecosystem engagement.
• Achieve annual revenue, unit, and market share targets.

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience in Enterprise Sales (7+ years preferred).
• Experience in high-touch sales and/or solution-based selling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English.

Preferred

• Experience in device or hardware sales.
• Experience selling Microsoft solutions and services.
• Channel and Partner Sales experience.
• Experience managing Public Sector or large Enterprise accounts.Knowledge of AI, Modern Work, and Security solutions.

Candidate Profile

Preferred candidates will demonstrate:

• A proven track record of success in Enterprise Sales.
• Extensive experience engaging with C-level and executive stakeholders.
• The ability to lead and navigate complex sales opportunities.Strong cross-functional influence and collaboration skills.
• A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
