お客様の経営課題や業界課題を理解し、Microsoftのソリューションとパートナーエコシステムを活用して、お客様のビジネス成長と変革を実現するアカウント責任者として活動する。

Responsibilities

1. Account Leadership

• 担当顧客の経営戦略・事業戦略・IT戦略を理解する
• 中長期のAccount Planを策定し実行する
• 顧客ごとの成長戦略を定義する
• Microsoftアカウントチーム全体をリードする
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの連携を推進する
• 顧客エグゼクティブとのリレーション構築とエグゼクティブスポンサーシップを構築する

2. Business Growth & Revenue Management

• 売上目標達成に責任を持つ
• Forecast精度を維持する
• Pipeline Creationを推進する
• 大型案件の戦略立案とクロージングをリードする
• Consumption Growthを推進する
• Strategic DealのExecutive Alignmentを形成する

3. Customer Transformation Leadership

• AI Transformation案件をリードし戦略立案をサポートする
• 顧客の業務改革を推進する
• Innovationテーマを発掘する
• Microsoftおよびパートナーソリューションを活用した提案を推進する

4. Executive Relationship Management

• 顧客満足度向上に責任を持つ
• 顧客とのコミュニケーション計画を策定する
• 顧客エグゼクティブとのリレーション構築とエグゼクティブスポンサーシップを構築する
