The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-focused environment, balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple products and initiatives.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Develop data-driven business cases by sizing market opportunities, evaluating customer and client needs, assessing commercial viability, and informing piloting, commercialization, and scaling decisions
  • Demonstrate end-to-end ownership across multiple initiatives, from business case development and pilot execution through commercialization, scaling, and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with our technology teams to implement novel solutions that enable our pharmacy teams to better serve our patients and manage the ongoing success of these solutions
  • Support commercialization strategies for new and existing pharmacy and health solutions, including value proposition development, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, and scaling plans
  • Design and execute pilot programs to validate customer needs, operational feasibility, and business case assumptions, while informing commercialization and scaling strategies
  • Evaluate customer, client, and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities, inform product strategy, and optimize solution performance
  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across business units, tailoring communication as appropriate to the audience and exercising the ability to influence and drive innovation

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product management, product or business development, retail pharmacy, or a related field
  • Experience developing business cases, evaluating market opportunities, and translating insights into recommendations
  • Experience partnering with technology teams to bring customer-facing solutions to life
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-focused environment, balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple products and initiatives
  • Travel - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing, executing, evaluating pilots and commercializing, launching, or scaling products and services
  • Experience developing executive presentations and leadership recommendations

How Openbound evaluates sponsorship

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.

An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 530 filing titles were examined for this employer.

What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
