Main responsibility

• Implement holistic PT Strategic initiatives in the hub across CSOs in close cooperation with all HUB marketing functions and Sales.
• Contribute to the steering of commercial targets (TGS, margin, etc.).
• Optimize product mix (standard range, promotions) across the countries of the hub.
• Manage PROMO strategy and execute PROMO initiatives (Price or Bundle Pack) as part of the user journey.
• Execute and coordinate offline trade activities across the hub/CSOs, ensuring effective POS implementation, availability, quality and compliance.
• Drive effective offline activation, retail execution and sales impact across the hub.
• Contribute to the Hub Business Plan Development.
• Manage competitiveness (market analysis, price mirrors, measure development and performance tracking).

Key activities

• Responsible for development of Hub Sales Play.
• Responsible for KA support and development of growth initiatives.
• Steering of action plan execution across countries of the hub.
• Steering of performance across CSOs of the hub.
• Steering of execution of strategic initiatives across CSOs of the hub.
• Support regional POS planning and volume forecasting.
• Execute local print, promotional assets and retail/user events (e.g. PRO Tour), including agency and budget coordination.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder coordination, reporting and execution topics related to offline marketing.

Qualifications

• Relevant University degree (Bachelor, Master) – Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Deep retail and trade marketing knowledge, commercial acumen, and strong B2B relationship management.
• Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer behavior to inform distribution and promotional decisions.
• Strong capability in managing trade spend, promotional budgets, and evaluating the ROI of each campaign.
• Hands-on experience executing new product trade launches and localized promotional activities.
• Work experience in intercultural and across regional teams.
• Experience in planning and executing retail activations, events, and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliver high-quality execution.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communicator and comfortable in making decision, result orientation and possess high analytical skills.
