Meta's Monetization Global Business Development team builds and scales the partner and client ecosystems behind Meta's newest monetization surfaces. This role sits at the center of two of the company's highest-growth bets: business agents (AI-powered agents that businesses deploy to sell, support, and engage customers on Meta's platforms) and paid messaging. You will own enterprise-level business development for these products: structuring and negotiating strategic deals with large partners and direct enterprise clients, and building the new partner ecosystem required for business agents to scale. This is a builder role. The playbooks are still being written, the partner categories are still being defined, and you will help decide both. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance, and your deals will directly shape the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, enterprise-focused deals with partners and clients that scale Meta's business agent business, from opportunity identification through negotiation and launch
- Structure and close paid messaging enterprise deals with large direct clients, owning commercial terms and long-term account economics
- Drive new ecosystem development: identify, evaluate, and onboard new partner types (platforms, ISVs, systems integrators, resellers, and developers) needed for the business agent enterprise business to scale
- Build the commercial frameworks, deal templates, and partner tiering models that let the business scale beyond one-off agreements
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate client and partner requirements into roadmap input, and to unblock technical dependencies in deals
- Develop and present business cases, deal economics, and pipeline reviews to senior leadership
- Represent Meta with C-level and senior enterprise stakeholders as a credible voice on both commercial strategy and product capability
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business or Marketing-related field or similar work experience
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development working with partners on technologies and bringing them to market
- 8+ years experience negotiating and structuring go-to-market, distribution and market entry terms in the US and globally in consumer electronic market
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience managing strategic business partnerships in. Enterprise SaaS or Cloud Platforms
- Technical understanding of AI applications in enterprise environments, including how AI-powered solutions integrate with enterprise software and workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise messaging, CRM, or customer engagement platforms
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- International or multi-market deal experience
- Experience in a high-growth environment where the commercial model was still being defined

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.
An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 1,277 filing titles were examined for this employer.
What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
