Job Summary
The Mission
We are looking for a sharp, curious growth strategist to lead our paid media strategy across North America and LATAM. Reporting directly to the Director of Paid Media, this individual contributor role views media as an evolving laboratory rather than a set and forget channel. You will serve as the bridge between high level business goals and the media campaigns that capture the attention of complex B2B buying groups in the cybersecurity space.
The Impact
As a Senior Manager, you are the connective tissue between corporate ambition and market execution. You do not just run ad campaigns; you orchestrate demand. You will influence everything from our AdTech stack to creative messaging, ensuring every dollar spent helps move target accounts closer to a purchasing decision.
What You Will Do:
- Design targeted media strategies that engage entire buying committees within key accounts. Connect disparate audience signals into a clear, cohesive picture of account intent and buying readiness.
- Partner closely with Field Marketing, Product, Sales, and Integrated Campaign teams to align media plans with sales cycles and product launches. Act as a trusted advisor who uses performance data to shape the broader marketing strategy.
- Use campaign performance insights to guide the creative process. Collaborate with Content and Brand teams to ensure assets are built to engage target audiences and drive measurable action.
- Serve as an expert power user of our advertising technology stack, including platforms like 6Sense, Demandbase, and DV360. Identify workflow gaps, test new features, and recommend tools that optimize campaign efficiency.
- Own and execute regional media plans across North America and LATAM across channels such as Audio, Video, CTV, Paid Social, Intent Platforms, and Content Syndication. Continuously test new channels and audience segments to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage platform automation and machine learning for routine operational tasks, freeing up focus for strategy and innovation.
- Connect front end media metrics to bottom line pipeline metrics. Analyze the end to end buyer journey from initial impression to closed won deal to ensure media investments drive real business growth.
Who You Are:
- Continuously curious, driven to look beyond standard industry benchmarks to figure out why campaigns perform the way they do and how to improve them.
- Equally comfortable navigating demand platforms and ad tech settings as you are presenting media insights to sales leaders in plain, persuasive terms.
- Deeply familiar with both the US media landscape and the nuances of the LATAM market, with a proven ability to balance long term brand awareness with short term demand generation in B2B SaaS.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 10+ years in media strategy/planning, with a heavy lean into B2B. You’ve successfully navigated the complexities of long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Mastery of the modern media stack that includes Google Marketing Platform, LinkedIn, and Intent platforms (e.g., 6Sense). Experience with CTV, Audio, and Direct/Sponsorships is essential.
- Proven ability to influence creative and content strategy through the lens of media performance.
- You understand the P&L. You can speak the language of Sales and Product as fluently as you speak the language of CPMs and CTRs.
Compensation Disclosure

Filing history reflects past employer behavior; it isn't a promise for this opening.
All open roles at Palo Alto NetworksHow Openbound evaluates sponsorship
Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.
An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 408 filing titles were examined for this employer.
What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
