In this role, you will drive market development, accelerate demand generation, and enable our sales and partner ecosystem across Microsoft's Security portfolio, including Microsoft 365 E5 Security, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and AI-powered security solutions.You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partners, and Business Planning teams to deliver local execution aligned with EMEA priorities, helping customers realise the value of Microsoft's end-to-end security platform.At Microsoft, our mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more guides how we partner with customers to deliver trusted, impactful solutions. Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Microsoft Security Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Poland, aligning local priorities with regional and global business objectives.
• Drive security pipeline growth and business performance across key solution areas, including Microsoft 365 E5 Security, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and AI-powered security offerings.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Specialists, Marketing, and Partner teams to accelerate customer acquisition, deal velocity, and security solution adoption.
• Develop and execute integrated demand-generation, customer engagement, and field activation programs that strengthen Microsoft's market position and increase share.
• Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities and risks, and drive cross-functional actions to improve execution and business outcomes.
• Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategies, sales plays, and go-to-market initiatives that support revenue growth and differentiation.
• Support strategic customer and partner engagements, executive events, and business review rhythms while maintaining operational excellence and visibility into key business trends, blockers, and escalation areas.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales Strategy, Product Marketing, Security, Cloud, or Enterprise Software environments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity trends, market dynamics, and enterprise technology buying motions.
• Experience influencing and collaborating across complex, cross-functional organisations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working with enterprise and public sector customers in Poland.
• Fluent in English, Polish strongly preferred.
  
  Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft's Security portfolio, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft 365 E5 Security.

  Experience supporting strategic cybersecurity opportunities and competitive sales situations.

Field Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Poland is zł 284,000.00 - zł 616,900.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
