In this Partner Solution Sales role, you help Security Solutions build and deepen relationships with key strategic partners across the Danish ecosystem so they can unlock more value for customers. You work closely with these partners to shape joint go‑to‑market motions that showcase differentiated artificial intelligence and business solutions for corporate customers. Your ability to connect regional partner strengths with customer needs allows you to drive impact at scale across multiple accounts and countries.

As the SME&C Security Partner Solution Sales professional, you proactively create, nurture, and influence a high‑performing partner ecosystem that accelerates growth for both Microsoft and our partners. You orchestrate collaboration across internal sales, marketing, and specialist teams to generate demand, land new industry solutions, and build trusted, long‑term partner connections. You ensure partners are set up for success in co‑sell motions, with the right prioritization, pipeline coverage, and support to deliver against ambitious revenue and adoption goals.

• Proactively create joint solution area sales plans with prioritized partners in the relevant customer segment to address complex customer needs and drive quarterly revenue accountability, aligning cloud solution area sales practices and security targets with overall partner business plans.
• Lead partner co‑selling efforts with an assigned portfolio of partners, developing and executing co‑sell strategies that meet or exceed joint sales targets while orchestrating collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to accelerate deal execution and share innovative sales best practices.
• Work with prioritized solution area‑aligned partners to identify and cultivate new customer opportunities, drive a qualified partner pipeline through the sales cycle, and ensure adoption of investment levers that create opportunities, accelerate deal velocity, and realize commercial value.
• Proactively track co‑sell pipeline performance, partner sales capabilities, incentive utilization, and quarterly forecasts by solution area, addressing low performance and providing insights to improve pipeline velocity and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Initiate and manage solution area sales planning and rhythm of business with assigned partners, monitoring a predictable pipeline, supporting top partner deals, and maintaining an in‑depth understanding of and adherence to Microsoft’s current sales compliance processes.

• Bachelor's Degree AND strong experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development 

•  OR Extensive experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish is preferrable 

Partner Solution Sales IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 92,300.00 - € 151,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
