Overview

The Solution Sales Specialist is responsible for driving digital transformation with enterprise customers by leading strategic sales motions focused on Azure, Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud Platform solutions. This role partners closely with account teams, technical specialists, customer executives, and partners to identify business opportunities, build solution strategies, accelerate pipeline growth, and deliver revenue outcomes aligned to Microsoft priorities.

The role requires a blend of business acumen, cloud technology expertise, executive engagement skills, and consultative selling capabilities to help customers modernize applications, data platforms, and AI initiatives leveraging Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Drive Azure, Data, Analytics, and AI solution sales across assigned enterprise accounts.
• Build and execute territory and account growth strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Develop executive-level customer relationships and position Microsoft as a strategic technology partner.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, manage pipeline health, and accelerate deal progression.
• Lead solution selling motions involving Azure Infrastructure, Data Platform, Analytics, AI, and Modern Applications.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, Customer Success Units, Global Black Belts, Specialists, and Partner organizations.
• Drive consumption, customer adoption, and long-term cloud platform growth.
• Leverage industry knowledge and business outcomes to create differentiated value propositions.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Microsoft sales systems.
• Support strategic account planning, executive reviews, customer workshops, and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
• This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.

Additional or preferred qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. 
• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Large Enterprise customers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Azure Data Services, and Analytics solutions.
• Industry certifications related to Azure, Data, Analytics, or AI.
• Experience leading strategic account planning and large digital transformation programs.
• Understanding of partner ecosystem and co-sell motions.
• 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
• knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform and Microsoft Data & AI portfolio.
• Experience driving complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
