Are you a strategic and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for technology and partner engagement? Join onsemi's dynamic Global Channel Marketing team. As the Channel Marketing Manager for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, you will play a key role in driving demand generation, sales enablement, and partner marketing initiatives across onsemi's distribution ecosystem in Asia Pacific and Greater China. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing programs, new product introduction campaigns, channel partner initiatives, digital marketing activities, events, webinars, and sales enablement programs that align with onsemi's global corporate, business unit and channel strategies. You will work closely with distribution partners to accelerate customer engagement, expand market reach, generate qualified leads, and increase awareness of onsemi's broad portfolio of intelligent power and sensing solutions. Success in this role requires strong collaboration and influence across multiple functions, including Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Sales, Sales Enablement, Operations, and global distribution partner organizations. You will help translate business priorities into impactful channel programs, measure program effectiveness, and identify opportunities to continuously improve partner engagement and demand creation activities. This position is based in Shanghai, China, and reports to the Senior Manager of Global Channel Marketing within the Corporate Marketing organization. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to onsemi's growth strategy while working with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders across the globe.

Channel Strategy & Partner Engagement
- Drive onsemi's channel marketing strategy across APAC and Greater China, aligning partner programs with corporate objectives, business unit priorities, and market opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with distribution partners to identify growth opportunities, expand market reach, and increase customer engagement.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Units, and partner organizations to develop and execute joint marketing plans that support strategic business goals.
Demand Generation & Marketing Programs
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including new product introduction (NPI) launches, digital marketing programs, webinars, partner promotions, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Create compelling messaging, content, creative assets, and technical marketing materials to support multi-channel campaigns.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing and distribution partners to implement modern marketing initiatives, including web personalization, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and digital engagement programs.
Events & Technical Marketing
- Plan and support regional trade shows, industry events, roadshows, and customer-facing marketing activities across APAC.
- Organize technical seminars, training programs, webinars, and partner education initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of onsemi solutions.
- Support partners with marketing resources and campaign assets to maximize program effectiveness and market impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Execution
- Coordinate resources across Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Sales, and partner organizations to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining alignment with business priorities and regional objectives.
- Act as a trusted liaison between onsemi and distribution partners, driving collaboration and execution excellence.
Marketing Analytics & Business Impact
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing investments, demand generation activities, and partner programs.
- Analyze campaign performance, track return on investment, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, partner engagement, and program effectiveness.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, or similar fields required.
- B2B Marketing experience within the semiconductor industry or electronics component distributors is a plus.
- Proven success in strategizing and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in establishing relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experienced in collaborating with and presenting to all levels of management, with decisiveness and flexibility.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to roll-up sleeves and get the job done.
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and demonstrated success in reporting results and consistently optimizing performance.
- Proficiency with various e-mail, calendar, and meeting management tools/technology.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to travel infrequently (3-5 times per year)
