Job description

El Auxiliar de Trade Marketing  para Punto de Venta brinda soporte operativo y administrativo al área de Marketing para facilitar la correcta ejecución de exhibiciones, comunicaciones y materiales publicitarios en puntos de venta, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos, entregables y estándares de calidad.
La posición apoya en el seguimiento de solicitudes con agencias, proveedores y asesores de venta. Su responsabilidad principal es asegurar el control, disponibilidad, envío, documentación y comprobación de los materiales de comunicación y promocionales, conforme a las instrucciones, prioridades y lineamientos definidos por el líder de Marketing.

Apoyo en solicitudes y materiales: Registrar, dar seguimiento y controlar solicitudes de materiales de comunicación, publicidad, material POP y promocionales
para campañas y puntos de venta.

Relación con agencias y proveedores: Solicitar artes visuales de materiales,cotizaciones, producción de materiales, servicios, entregas y fechas compromiso conforme a los lineamientos e indicaciones del área de Marketing.

Apoyo en la logística e inventarios: Controlar inventarios de materiales y promocionales; preparar paquetes, elaborar guías, coordinar envíos y confirmar la recepción en los destinos asignados.

Apoyo en la implementación de los exhibidores y activaciones en puntos de venta.

Administración: Apoyo en WO para Ordenes de de compra, seguimiento a facturación y pagos, comprobaciones (Good Receipt) y seguimiento del presupuesto del área.

Qualifications

Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, excel y Outlook.
