Manages the planning and coordination of strategic programs. This role supports program management and communications for a broad range of HR priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, monitoring progress against milestones and preparing leadership updates for multiple stakeholder groups.
What You Will Do:
- Overseeing integration of HR processes and programs; Coordinating milestones, deliverables, status reporting and follow-up actions.
- Managing HR portfolio and related communications project work. Setting timelines, coordinating responsibilities and monitoring progress
- Reviewing project, governance and communications materials.
- Preparing updates, KPIs, insights and materials for leadership and stakeholders
What You Have:
Education/Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience desired.
Planning: Tactical, Strategic
- Develops, refines, and communicates tactical plans for own responsibilities.
- Provides the right level of detail as input for strategic plan development.
- Demonstrates the value and necessity of linking tactical plans to overall strategic plan.
- Ensures attention to the detail and dependencies of existing departmental-level plans.
- Plans for allocation of resources in line with unit goals, technical and business objectives.
- Ensures the planning process is integrated with the overall business plan.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
