The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Coordinator is responsible for leading forecasting, scheduling, and performance tracking activities that support business growth and operational excellence. This position develops demand and supply planning insights, analyzes business and operational trends, coordinates resource planning activities, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer demand, production capability, and business objectives.

The successful candidate will leverage data analytics, forecasting methodologies, and collaborative problem-solving to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives while supporting key business performance metrics.

What you can look forward to in this role:

· Analyze market demand, customer orders, and business trends to develop actionable production schedules and factory build plans.

· Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts using statistical modeling and trend analysis.

· Analyze demand signals, market trends, customer requirements, and operational constraints.

· Align demand plans with manufacturing capacity, inventory strategies, and business objectives.

· Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and stakeholders.

· Create dashboards and reports supporting business performance reviews.

· Communicate planning assumptions, business risks, and operational impacts effectively.

· Support digital transformation and analytics initiatives.

· Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, forecasting accuracy, and business performance.

· Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

· Forecasting: Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.

· Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Top Candidates for this position may also have:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, Operations Management, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.

· Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

· 3+ years of experience in forecasting, planning, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or analytics preferred.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

· Experience with Power BI, Business Information Center (BIC), IBM Cognos, or similar business intelligence and analytics tools.

· Experience working in a manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain environment.

· Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, production scheduling, or order management processes.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
